I know it's not an answer to your question but I'd prefer no inlays at all.
And yes, my Roya has the Pearl WYNN inlay, but that bass sounds so good, so I don't mind

If I had to choose it would depend on the looks rest of the bass.

Are you thinking of buying the 1003 or 1046? Then 1003

Thank you! those pics from the Ritter website probably look better than mine would anyway. I will still post later though. When I first got her, I didn't know much about Ritters, I played it in a music store and I had to have it. I like the finish, but I must say i am sometimes a little jealous of some the other finishes I've seen.
