It’s odd. I would have never guessed I’d be favoring a passive P4 with flats over my active 5’s. Just took a good one I guess. I’ve tried to like P basses before but the Roscoe Classic put me over the edge. The only other P I’ve liked is a friends ‘59. Fiesta red, tort, rosewood, pretty much my Roscoe but a Fender.By far the best P5 I have ever played in both feel and sound
But strangely I am being pulled to a P4 (thanks @SteveC !!!!) …
