Roscoe Club

I played Roscoe basses exclusively for several years a while back. After trying about every make and model of bass under the sun over the last few years, it was great to get back to basses that I'm really comfortable with and really enjoy. My SKB fretless is just a tone MONSTER. I literally laugh out loud at times when I'm playing it because it sounds so amazing. I've been practicing at home with headphones on in the evenings and my wife has walked up to me more than once, tapped me on the shoulder to get my attention and asked "What in the world are you laughing at?". It is one of the only basses I've ever owned that has produced that type of reaction. Cheers to the Roscoe crew for making instruments that make playing an awesome experience!

I love my ash Century JJ. I think it actually sits more upfront in the mix in a live setting. The mahogany is the secret lethal weapon when it comes to cutting through but I think my ear is tunes to the way ash sets in the mix.

Taking this to church shortly. Eh, it's not so bad. ;)
