And here's a youtube clip of the bass in action :)

I love "Sadowsky" knobs. I think that those knobs are actually distributed by Digi Key in TRF, Mn.

Yep, exactly what they are! They are made by Kilo International, but for the life of me I can't find the stacked set anywhere except Best Bass Gear and Sadowsky. But, that being said the stacked set does not work well with Bartolini systems because the bottom knob is way too short and it leaves a huge gap. What you see on mine is the bottom from a regular stacked knob set that you can get anywhere and the top from the 'Sadowsky' stacked set.

Well, Roscoe #6490 just arrived. I was a little uncertain how I would like the wood combination. Boxelder burl over ash with a Padauk fretboard was kind of a leap of faith.
I am really stunned at how FANTASTIC this bass sounds and I've only given it a once over. It is really full, clear and PUNCHY! A more detailed review will follow once I've spent some quality time with it.
Thanks again to all at Roscoe and Gelb Music for a lot of great advise, great customer service and a remarkable bass!
Of course, pics will be posted soon.

Do Centurys go passive??? I did want one with a bigger body and was going to get a Century next! I think as soon as my 75 p bass sells I am getting a century....I want a more plain one...my lg3000 is koa and spalted fingerboard...a little too flashy for me...but I am a tad afraid if I sell it I wont find that feel again....I think Century uses the same necks...
