Roscoe Club

First time Roscoe owner here. Add me to the club. Here they are!

I have used Guitar Honey on my Ebony, Pau Ferro and Winge fingerboards for a years now and it works great. I used to use Howard's (nothing wrong) just changed for ease.

Does anyone here oil your rosewood and ebony finger/fretboards? If so, what is your go-to product?
I won't use lemon oil, but I've seen recommendations like cold-pressed linseed oil, guitar honey, mineral oil, etc.

So I'm really digging the tone and feel from this. Couldn't have asked for a better entry into Roscoe basses. I don't think this will be my only one... :D

I don't know of anyone who only has 1 Roscoe - at least for long. They are about the nicest playing, looking and sounding basses I have played/owned. And I've owned most of them. I have a 5 and a 6. I'd like to get a Classic 4 before I'm done.

I've had this bass for a few weeks now. I wanted to road test it a while before I posted. All I can say is WOW!!!. It has surpassed all of my expectations plus it's the lightest bass I own. I'd been watching this bass on BassCentral's site for years and am still surprised how it stayed there so long. I'm glad they had incentive to remove it from their inventory (less $$$)!!! This is the 3rd Roscoe to pass through my hands and its definitely going to stay for a while! My original idea was to swap the Bart for a Demeter preamp but I really like it as is. My only concern was the string spacing. I'm use to 19mm and a 1.875" nut (I know that's small but I really can tell the difference) but with time, I'm making the adjustment.

Please excuse my poor photography. It does not do this bass justice...
