Dang some reason it posted 3 times sorry guys
You can say that again!
So while I’m patiently waiting for Roger (THG Knobs) to return my Roscoe control and battery access covers I’m playing a convertible Roscoe. I’ve noticed two things.
The bass is so much lighter
The B string doesn’t have as much sustain
Maybe Keith’s magic is imbedded in the rear access covers!
No thats just the "air" effect. You have it turned up too high. Put a half cover back on and you should be back in business
Are the covers like the graphite reinforcement in the neck?
I believe that Keith makes them out of material that he harvested from aliens from a distant solar system.
Now that UFO's have been confirmed, that's not such an outlandish statement...
Who/what group did this?
Did someone write a song about it?

The evidence is always inconclusive! An entertaining series, though!
An Elton John play-along on my Roscoe SKB:
I just realized that I never posted a link to the only quarantune so far where I actually played my Roscoe, so here it is. Not fabulous playing on my part, but boy does that bass record well!
If we're posting Roscoe-in-action quarantine videos, there's this one my Willie Tribute band did about a month ago...
Thanks! While it’s not as much fun as really getting together to play, it’s been good to spend time diving into learning my way around Logic. The software these days is pretty amazing, especially to us old geezers who cut our teeth on tape and analog outboard gear.
Not yet Ray!
Don’t miss the opportunity!
Thanks for sharing guys!
I always enjoy listening when Roscoeheads share their audio and video tracks!
ArtechnikA, I’m thinking that since your singer went to the trouble to get a realistic Willie wig then you should at least get a Roscoe Classic to look the part too!
