I'm looking forward to this, just not the times that the games are on![]()
Pre-work games it shall be!
I don't have high hopes for Scotland, while a good team, they aren't up there with the top southern hemi teams (nobody is really). But I hope we get through the group stage, which could be difficult as we have both England and Argentina in our group.
I don't think the All Blacks will take it, my money would be on South Africa this year!
What position do you have a background with ? I currently play Flanker and 8-man for my school and the local club. They once put me out on wing and I got 3 tries in less then a half. I got jets![]()
Is this being broadcast in the U.S.? I've been looking but can't find anyone who is carrying it.
I played hooker for 4 years in college and for 2 years on a club side. Got one try in all that time when I fell on a ball in the try zone.![]()
I dont have the bodyframe for hooker, I have always been a backrow player, I have around 35 tries that I have scored. The best was when I went through 8 guys just running around them. Rugby is a fun game, it takes quite alot of stamina and intelligence to play on the fly.

Interesting to note that Argentina will be taking part a Four Nations competition next year with SA, Aussie, and NZ
I think there are 5 possible teams that could take the cup this year. That includes France.

YES!!! Time to bust out my Scotland supporters ball and beanie. Thank you for the reminder.

I don't have very high hopes for South Africa in this world cup. I don't believe we have the right coaching staff and have too many old timers in the team.
I'd be very happy to eat my words afterwards!

I'm 6ft4 and weigh in at about 285lbs right now (yeah, the off season hasn't been great for me), but with a number of years weight training and the ability to more or less keep up with the half backs in a straight sprint, I do alright, I prop
(and sometimes play Lock (second row) ).
I always thought you were a lock or 8. Isn't 6'4" a little tall for a prop?
