I don't think it was. It curves out and back in, but you can't really tell where it was in relation to the uprights.
It's hard to tell from the video footage because it is from behind and infront. One of the linesman was directly under the post, another to the side, they would be able to call it better than anyone else.

Scotland - Georgia tomorrow morning, this could be interesting.
We need to pick up our game after how things were against Romania.
They've made 11 changes to the squad, I don't know how wise a choice that was, especially seeing we now have (IMO) a weaker pack of forwards :-\

Wow, 10 minutes still on the board and it has been much closer than I thought it would have been! Canada are playing some really impressive rugby here! Only 2 points in it!

Wow - been out of the loop for a bit and missed this thread......Scotland seemt o be holding their own against Georgia.....just....hopefully they can satrt getting some tries in.....
Disappointing, but as you say, a win is a win.
Georgia had a solid defence. As usual, we were making too many stupid mistakes. Dan Parks gave us a bit of a brown note moment just before half time too!
I'm pretty glad we won, especially considering it was essentially the 2nd team. Most of the regular starters are being rested.
Tonga - Canada was a close one too!

Got up at 8 am, still drunk from the night before, to watch SA vs. Fiji & Australia vs. Ireland.
I expected the Fijians to put it to the Saffers but they played like **** Instead of going wide they just kept trying to smash through the Saffer defense, which obviously didn't work. With better coaching and more games together they could be playing so much better. SA looked impressive.
And then for the real cracker: Ireland-Australia. I expected the the Aussies to roll over the Irish, considering the fact that Ireland were rubbish in the 6N & the friendly pre-cup games, and the Aussie win of the Tri Nations cup.
But they didn't

I was really hoping the intercept in the final minutes resulted in a try. Would have been the icing on the cake. This win by Ireland changes everything for the 1/4 finals, assuming Ireland beats Italy. The Samoa vs. Wales is going to be one to watch. Looking forward to that.

Looking forward to the France vs. NZ game. I hope for the game as a whole, France experiences another win over the AB's.
Yeah, that Ireland match was a stunner.
England had a pretty good game against Georgia today but still far from totally convincing. Despite all the talk about keeping their discipline, the penalty count against England is still FAR too high. We all know that any professional side plays the referee as well as the opposition, and EVERY side will always push the rules as far as they'll stretch. If the ref seems to be blind to sides being a yard offside, or crafty hands in the ruck then you can bet that the ref's weaknesses will be exploited.
But, when you've got a truly World class ref like Johnathan Kaplan yelling at you to keep your hands to yourself, and you still persist right under his nose to earn yourself a yellow card, that is just totally DUMB. At the moment Dylan Hartley seems to personify the dumbass approach that England seem to be taking to the 'professional foul'. I can't help feeling that we've already made a rod for our own backs by testing the refs in this way and that every time we get on the park we're going to be under the ref's microscope. More to the point, the refs are going to want to give England a very clear message about who is in charge (just as it should be) and give them a few slaps on marginal decisions.
A few of the English pundits are calling the 41-10 scoreline a convincing win. I don't think so, the scoreline flattered England and if Kvirikashvili had kicked any of the, seemingly endless, penalties the game could have been a very different story.
BTW Corelli: Alex had a good game. Scrum looked much better once he came on.

I believe Argentina is strong enough to win against Scotland, even though apparently Contempomi will not make it to the game, thus we don't have a kicker...
