Are you guys who love the Blue label strings preferring Stainless or Nickels? I bought a couple pairs of Stainless, but haven't put them on yet since my current strings (DR's) have plenty of life in them. Plus, I'll need to change the set up when I change strings to optimize for differences in string tension/neck relief.
Hi JB,
Just order a new NYC 4. They all come with Blue Labels now.
Cheers,
Kevin
Roger,
I've been looking to order a set of 4-st Blue Label nickles for two weeks. Your site lists them as "out of stock". Any idea when you'll get some in? Same for the 5-string flats?
JB
5 string flatwounds are in stock now. If you get an "out of stock" notice, please refresh your browser. I am afraid it will be at least another 4 weeks on the Blue Labels.

I am using the Stainless Steel Blue Labels and actually love them on my NYC Sadowsky Ash/Maple 5 String bass.
The Blue Labels are a perfect match with this combo. I got some sound clips in the recording section if you are intrested in hearing them!
I finally got the blue labels on my Nordy

Blue labels are a myth. I've been after a 45-105 set for sometime.
