And to think that this was a bit of a rush job. If I had half the tools and one tenth of the skill of you Gary I'd be a happy man (well, happier....as my life is pretty good anyway)

Wow! I already liked your WBO22 build, so I thought I knew where this one was headed, but you surprised me once again with tons of great details, wood choices, fantastic execution, and by the fact that you still have more neck laminations than strings.
Thanks! I keep refining this design little by little. I'm really happy with the way my neck/body transition has improved. It feels amazing. I just wish I played up on the dusty end of the neck a little more often.

Thanks, I'd love to have some others play it. I think it plays great for a 12, but I've never played one before, so my opinion may not count for much.

While this particular one isn't for sale, I would certainly entertain the idea of building one for someone. If you're interested, PM me and we can have a discussion. But this one will stay in my fold; it's the first 12 that I've built, and the third variant of my first bass design. Any subsequent builds will be better anyway, just by applying what I've learned on this one.
