The intent was disrespectful and still is. He was disrespectful to a whole nation, I dissed only him. So far, so good, so what as megadeth would put it.

What you are missing morf, is we ARE ripping on you based on your posts. The fact you are French is just a bonus.

/*Talks to self*/ Ok..Ok..Breathe... /*Ends Talks to self*/

I think most people will agree, REGARDLESS of composing/marketing/feeling/genral awesomeness, of gene, he wasn't all that technically awesome, pretty much competent only.

YES. But that competence as you put it, and his feeling for music made him big. Doesn't matter if an artist isnt technically superior to all, as long as he has feeling he will be able to develop his skills later on.

Thats exactly my point.

You think someone is good because they are technically good, I think someone is good because they've got feelings put into their music AND are technically good. Another reason why you've not made it.
So now you're not only telling me I'm wrong, but also you're telling me what I think. Tha's rich.

Do you believe that if you play well and put feeling into your music, you'll definitely "make it"? And do you feel the goal of everyone who plays an instrument is to "make it"? If so, I can't be too harsh on you, it's a common assumption amingst youngsters. Most grow out of it before they're twenty, though. Guess you're a late developer, right?

The point is saying things like the fact that I'm french is just a bonus is disrespectful, and grandpa, I'll keep on being disrespectful as long as you keep at it.

Another interesting fact is your piss poor attitude, and how that'll contribute to you not making it. I can't remember who said it here on TB.
Nobody wants to work with a douchebag, no matter how good said douchebag is.

I really could care less what you think my views on the music industry are.

It's obvious that you could care less by reading your outbursts.

Unless you screwed up your English, meaning that you do not care, or couldn't care less.

Then again, I never "made it" as an English professor either....so that should discredit anything I have to say about that.

This has been fun, thanks! I am going to go do something constructive now.....like sleep.

Technically, ripping on the French probably is disrespectful. That doesn't mean it isn't funny though.

I may make it I may not, as i said life will tell, either way there is alot more involved into "making it" than just music, and im fully aware of that, believe it or not. When you see my CD on the shelves ill be there to rub it in your face tho, be sure of that.

Perhaps, what you lack, my little buddy, is a sense of humour?

That or less alcohol in my blood, whichever it is though, when you have 15 peeps pulling lame jokes on you, you're certainly not laughing your ass off, except at their own stupidity.
