So what do you guys think? Looks like Gibson is in a bad way. Guess I better grab me a new SG while I can.

The brand is worth too much to let it just die. Henry might lose control of it, though. While he hasn't been the greatest CEO, there's no guarantee another one would be better. I have no complaints about any of the Gibsons I've owned during Henry's tenure. They're quality instruments.

I haven't either. The 5 I've bought during that time have been fantastic.

Four Gibsons and two Epiphones later I'm still plenty pleased with the stuff Henry's company puts out. The world is full of a$$hat CEOs, life's too short to focus on that end of the product. I'd rather enjoy the wonderful output the company produces vs dwell on some guy I wouldn't know if I bumped into him.
