They f****ing screwed me over!
It happened like this...
I signed up for this "Musical Friday" thing at my school. When I signed up the dude told me that I needed to do a rehersal before I could play. Ok, cool. The tuesday before the thing was supposed to be practice. So I hauled my 30 pound amp and my 9-10 pound bass to school and the guy couldn't stay after school. Ok, cool. He told me to bring my stuff again on thursday. Ok, cool. I took my stuff home and thursday rolls around and I end up leaving my stuff at home. As I'm pulling in to the school I see the AV guy setting up. So during the break period, the other coordinator comes up to me and says "ummm, it turns out the the thing is today but the junior band isn't ready. So, either you can play today or you can play next month. But I still have to ask the juniors when they want to play and I'll get back to you." Ok, cool. I told her that I didn't have my stuff so I would play the next one. Then she tells me that she still has to ask the juniors. Ok, Cool... Friday comes and no word but the juniors end up playing. Fully prepared to play the same set for the fifth time(All The Small Things, Stacy's Mom and Use Somebody). But nobdy could tell me. So I find the coordinators and I ask them what happened and they say that that was the last "Musical Friday" of the year. No sorry, no nothing. OK, COOL! So two weeks ago was the last friday before finals. Those lunchbox peer ministers and StuCo orginizers turn out to be liars. A friend of mine who played drums for the juniors(and hated it) ended up playing that friday. Again nobody f***ing tells me, the bass player(the only real one) about it. OK, F***ING COOL! I had been trying to do the Musical Friday since the second week and the once chance I get was taken from me. Ok, cool. Next semester they're gonna learn not to f***ing f**k me over. I'm gonna play Rage Against the Machine for the whole lunch period....
And the seniors will NOT be playing f***ing Stacy's Mom!
