I may be biased, but I do think the shell pink with maple board looks really cool! Not a jazz, but gives you an idea of the color combo! :-)

I love all 3 but went red. Burgundy Mist and maple would be nice too but much as I love Shell Pink I couldn't do it. A had a Flea right when they came out but after seeing 100,000,000 of them it wore off and I sold it. It was like ice cream as a treat at first but when you eat it 3 times a day, 24/7 it looses some of the treat aspect. Maybe with maple I'd feel differently.

Shell pink w/maple gives a definite 'light' vibe (w/ mint or pearl pg), moreso than the red or burgundy. That 'vibe' will ask you to play it differently than you would play a 'dark' instrument. Sounds like your other basses are 'dark'... seek the light.

I love the tone and the feel of my 2018 Fender American Professional Jazz (black, maple fingerboard). I am not in love with its black color. So, I plan to get a Warmoth body in a different color. My other basses are in Arctic White and Butter Scotch Blonde. My Strats are in 3T SB, Oly White and Fiesta Red. So, I'd love to have a different color in my collection. I love Shell Pink, Dakota Red and Burgandy Mist, but I've never seen a maple fingerboard Jazz bass in one of those colors in person. What do you think? If you have a maple fingerboard bass in one of those colors, please post a pic. Cheers.

I wish there was a button to vote for every color in the visible spectrum except shell pink.
