Should I stay or should I go?

I'm roughly where you are faith wise and am blessed that my church is also...

... and I still quit my worship team!

Theologically or practically speaking there's nothing wrong with a given form of service being for a "season". To everything, turn, turn, turn, etc....

The fact that you and your church are drifting apart probably indicates that unless there's some divine reason to stick around and be a change agent it may be time to move on.

One question to consider, if there was a social justice group or study at your church you could participate in at your church would you stick around?
I thought about trying to bring change from within. But that’s usually met with a curious look or an expression of concern. I feel like I’d just waste my time and annoy everyone around me. I’m just moving slowly and feeling out the situation as I go. I’m sure it will work out.

Briefly, in the context of religious groups, I find that there's a continuum of understanding that a seeker of truth will experience. Most organized groups tend to remain at a certain level of spiritual understanding based on the ideas of the founders of that particular group. A true seeker will recognize this and move through different spiritual experiences in order to find the level that suits them. There's no shame in being a seeker, but sometimes you're told by those you're leaving that you're running away from the truth. Trust your gut.

Sounds like you have the wisdom to see clearly what the situation is and where you're likely headed.

You sound like you've maybe read some Richard Rohr. His book "Falling Upward" gave me the language to understand what I was experiencing when the discontentment started. It's quite enlightening.
