Still trying out modulation pedals. Not bad but a little too crowded on the board for my liking. An MXR will give a little more breathing room.

I'd suggest a Digitech Nautila if chorus/flange is your thing. Will give you a bit more roomStill trying out modulation pedals. Not bad but a little too crowded on the board for my liking. An MXR will give a little more breathing room.

How do you like the Liquifier? I am still looking for a Chorus pedal. I heard Yamaha bought them. Wondering if there were any changes in quality.
Are you completely set on flanger? The Ibanez CSMini Chorus is my favorite modulation pedal for both bass and pedalboard real estate!
Hey I like the dual level of the little board, did you make that? I usually just cut plywood to whatever size i need, paint and velcro... but maybe my next board will be a bi-level.Recently, when I have needed to go compact, (I don’t do it by choice, only when small stages demand it) I have used just my HX FX.
I had my normal 24” gig board all set up with some new pedals I’m looking forward to,

then remembered our next gig is compacted. My compromise.

Yes, it’s made from some wood scraps. It started as one board, for tight stages before I got the HX FX. I later added the second tier for more pedals on the same footprint.Hey I like the dual level of the little board, did you make that? I did! Love the design of both!Did you see the one(s) I designed? Showed them to T21 and everything, but no dice so far at least.
(Yes, I have posted them a couple times - I'm trying to get the bug in the right ears here, people!)

I thought "Tech 2112" would push it over the edge![]()
Well, Dale K from T21 was very nice about it when I emailed these to her and then saw her at NAMM; she just said they were going in different directions with the fly type pedals at the moment. I know a number of us here at TB would love one like I came up with, but we are a vocal yet small part of the bass market I imagine; they have plenty of stuff we do like anyhow. =0)I did! Love the design of both!
I'm guessing @tech21nyc would need Geddys blessing for yet another version of the Ged preamp?
Hey mate, I purchased one of these LT XL power supplies also, but with something plugged into it, I can't get it to turn off with the button. Do you have this issue? Is there something I am missing here?So a few weeks ago I showed up at a gig and realised that I hadn't brought my Helix, which meant I spent the gig using nothing but a clip-on tuner and a Countryman DI. Idiot.
But it did get me thinking about how little I could actually use to gig. The DI was a little too bland for the rock covers band, but now I've put this together. It's a fairly classic nano: tuner, dirt, preamp.
