Show me your compact pedalboard setup

Looking at a lot of the board in this subforum makes me wonder - is that Broughtons have back-location (top?) jacks, is that an attraction to the pedals, besides the obvious sound?

I must admit I would favor pedals that backload over ones with side jacks.

How do you avoid the screw heads poking out of the velcro from the cs6 mounting

You don’t haha, they won’t stop the pedal from sticking still. Also the angle the pedal takes from it is negligible

My CS6 included flat head screws. I suggest mounting before you velcro if it bothers you. I velcro’d first so I could also use it with my PTjr.

The flat head screws they sent me still stuck out and weren't flush. I've just got it velcroed on top of my PTJR now.

How do you like the Liquifier? I am still looking for a Chorus pedal. I heard Yamaha bought them. Wondering if there were any changes in quality.

Pretty sure mine is pre-Yamaha but either way it does just what I want. Only use a touch to give a nice shimmer and the pedal also seems to sit the bass perfectly in the mix, as does the Scrambler. Not fond of them both used at the same time though. Separately, they add just the right effect.

I have an older PTjr and I've read the under-board rails may not be compatible. Do you have any pedals on top of the CS6, and if so, have you had any issues?

I don’t have any pedals on top of it, though I don’t think it would be much of an issue

I use the FS7 to scroll up/down the presets.

Thanks. Incidentally, I also have a Volto powering the board with the VT Bass DI. It is mounted underneath.
