Show me your compact pedalboard setup

Is that the Rupert Neve DI? How do you like that so far? I have been looking at getting one. How does it sound in comparison to the TH DI?
I feel like the Neve is a bit clearer, so the top end sparkles a little more. Also it seems to reproduce the low end a lot better too. It has a huge frequency response. The TH DI isn’t bad though. I use that if I don’t have phantom power for the Neve.

What about the Smoothie compared to the Diamond?

The Opto Smoothie is more useful when I am playing the piezo basses. The Opto Smoothie has greater control over the attack and sustain that the Diamond doesn't offer, and that is really useful when I am playing a Rob Allen. It helps tame the quack, a little bit. I think!

They both sound pretty sweet, when I have them barely on, which is all the time. The tone controls on both of them work really well. For a barely perceptible fattening and smoothing, with a hint of tone control, they both sound great, to me.

If I were going to pick one, it would be an Opto Smoothie, as it sounds just as good, doesn't need 18 volts, offers more control, and takes up less space.

Are you using the Enzo as a multieffects pedal? May you explain your presets?
Thnx
I basically use the Enzo as a fancy octaver. I have different presets that use either the mono synth or the Dry setting to create different octaver sounds. With the expression pedal I either control the mix, the amount of delay or the ring mod to introduce some “dirt,” depending on the preset.

Haven't posted anything here in ages, but I felt my recent overhaul warranted a post :D.

Latest additions are the ISP Decimate, Canyon and MXR Tap Tempo.

Especially loving the Tap, mostly for it being absolutely adorable:laugh:.

The Canyon is an insanely good bang-for-your-buck pedal. Getting so much more out of it than I expected before purchasing. And the sound quality is hella good.

I think it's safe to say that pretty much everything on (and under; Truetone CS6) there now, is on there 'for life'. Might swap the Darkglass with my other Darkglass, but most people won't hear the difference anyway ;).

How’s that JHS Orange Peel? Been looking at those.
here's this weeks board. They never seem to last more than a week or two before I feel the need to pull them apart and add or remove things lol. there is a onespot cs6 under the back two pedals and the little SRR/bit crusher mounts to my mic stand so I don't have to bend down to mess with it. it's fine, I actually really like the dirt circuit on this pedal with bass, though for this board (which is for a specific band) I'm not using the dirt. Otherwise it's a pretty basic compressor. I appreciate the parallel/blend. My passive G&L clips the input if I turn the bass all the way up, but with the P bass I'm using with this board it's fine. the tilt eq is handy for a quick tweak.
