Show me your straps!

MusicMan strap and a custom Brookwood leather strap. The rest are generic black leather.

The strap is cool, the bass is breathtaking. More photos, specs?
Alright, thank-you. The bass is a Warmoth 32" P-bass type instrument. Roasted swamp ash with a few coats of tung oil the neck is maple/ebony and I've got tuned to D standard for a blues trio I'm in. It's a sweet bass and just came together so well.

Peace!

When our local small music shop owner decided to retire, my brother and I went in to splurge a bit. I’ve been going there for 30 years. I paid him $120 for this Martin 3” wide soft leather strap. It is by far the most comfortable strap I’ve ever used. I never tire, or feel the weight of a five string or Gibson Les Paul.

I've lots of leather straps, maybe have everyone here beat LOL. Some custom, from all over, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico and USA. All my basses have a matching strap. I like leather goods almost as much as electric basses and my OCD compulsion makes me want to have everything matched and perfect.
I get insults and insulting remarks especially from other male musicians "must be nice" "can't remember your name?" "my kid would wear something like that" "that's stuff a woman would use". However non musicians (general audience) and women seem to like them a lot.
Ow well, I gotta be me even if some don't like it. Have a strappingly good day/night !

Hey Brad! Man those straps are awesome dude!! Don’t listen to haters brother, comments like that are usually from people that are just jealous haha. I have three red monkey leather straps and plan on adding another this year. I really dig your though, very cool man! And we have a similar, if not the same amp setup. I have a rumble 200 over a 115 cab. Stacked exactly like yours!

Thanks man it's nice to show off some of my stuff to like minded people. If nothing else, the straps add some nice color to the whole experience. Ya, Rumble 200 and 115 cab, got them both used for a great deal, and they've been great. It's more than enough power for my needs.
Stay healthy and happy, rock on !

Awesome! Yea buddy I love my rumble setup for sure, but picked this little ampeg up for living room use for practice and to record my YouTube videos. It’s perfect! Here’s my latest strap also, one of the red monkeys. I dig it. I like all your straps but the macabre one caught my eye for sure!

I use a bunch of Italia strap plus some Hippy weave type for my guitars.

and then there is this one. I custom ordered it from Amy, the old owner of Karma Collars, along with a matching leash/collar for my Ridgeback (he is 12 now) and a bracelet for the Mrs's.

don't mind the tarnished brass, I used a leather polish that turned them the brightest blue/green I've ever seen. I had just spent a few hours over 2 days with steel wool, brass bristled brush, and some 'Simichrome' polish before using some Griot's Garage 'Leather Rejuvenator' on the leather stuff.

What’s the tuning on that bass bro? I’m not familiar with 7 string bass.
