A couple of Perry’s , a Custom Ernie Ball, and Getem . The leopard matches them all but variety is the spice of life.
I have a red one just like your blue one! I wanted one like Philip Sayce, the blues guitarist (he uses the blue like yours) but settled for the red one and now use it for acoustic guitar since I have the red monkeys for my basses.

:D I have a Classic 1 3/4 ordered, and am thinking about asking if they’ll do a Livewire in 1 3/4 as well.

They are great quality straps, and I’ve only had one minor gripe so far. The Honky Tonk’s design made it a little uncomfortable at first, but as the leather softens, it is fine. The issue is that the leather strips on top are thick and they have thick tabs that go through to the rear of the strap. Those tabs can dig in a little. Not remotely an issue if you are in full rocker leather jacket mode, but with just a t-shirt, it started out a little rough.

Also, a strap tip that I have started using…I put strips of KT tape on the underside of my straps. This helps make too-grippy strap a little more slippery and a too-slippery strap a little more grippy. Both my Red Monkey straps have tape on the underside.

First one is my Wayco strap I got in 1994 when I got my Ibanez. 3”, padded, adjustable both ends. However the horn side was still too long, so I always kept it rolled up and tied back with a sunglass cord. I use this for all my basses except the Zdressy.

And this 3” wide no name leather strap I got at a yard sale. Along with a huge thick pad from who knows what. That’s the only way this bony 125 lb frame can handle a 13.5 lb solid ash 7 string.

Dunlop straplocks on both straps, and on all basses except the Harmony.

I like a wide, fairly soft but substantial and well made ALL leather strap, in a colour that suits the instrument. That’s it. I’ve used straps of that type ever since my Dad bought me one as a gift to go with my first bass, 45 years ago (and I still own that strap).

It's funny, I'm almost coming full circle: ~50 years ago I had a leather strap that was wide, soft, all leather, in a lucious blonde-ish light-brown. The outer surface was semi-gloss glove-like, the inner surface was suede, there was absolutely no stitching or ornamentation or logo, nothing.

And just recently I've been thinking "I should try to find a strap like that old leather one I had 50 years ago to go with this ABG I just got." (All my basses normally have Comfort Strapps.) But the only leather straps all the local music stores carry are too thick, too heavy, too fancy, have too much ornamentation or filigree or buckles or baubles or engraved/etched/woodburnt stuff...and they're all black or dark brown.

It's the supple softness of that old strap that seems hardest to find.

Not sure about availability in other countries, but here in the UK, I’ve been really happy to find these “Softee” straps by a company called Leathergraft (I think). They’re four inches wide, all leather, mainly plain (or no) design patterns on the leather, and fairly soft, as might be expected from the name.
