Yep, I have a 32" scale MB-2. Go to post #423 in this thread for some photos.
Very Cool! I talked with RA about 33 scale but it seems that a custom scale is bit heavy upcharge

Played a jazz gig at a local winery Friday. It was 104 degrees in the shade - whew! Gear included:
- Fearless 110 (tweeter on full, no attenuation on the mid-range driver)
- TecAmp Puma 900 (all settings flat)
- Rob Allen Deep 4 fretless with black nylon tapewounds (all settings flat)
The bass sounded massive -- deep, rich, and full. Nice! Here's a clip:

Hey gang, sorry I have been offline for a while. Here is a video of the Mouse 5 in action. I added a drop tuner on the E string (it is E-C) dropped to C-C. Slightly floppy, but usable.
Warning: Free jazz
nice stuff Ukiah. The bass sounds great. Like your guitarist's playing too. Sorry I didn't get to see what the rhythm guitarist and drummer looked like.Seriously - like that a lot, very nice tune by Pat as well.
Now I've switched to the Rob Allen Deep 4 fretless. It's a perfect match for Charlie's jazz guitar and provides a rich, organic feel to the music. I'm very happy with this bass!
Yes, I crave a Deep 4 fretless myself. I can't quite justify the price tag at this time, though. When I play music along the lines of what's on your clip, I use a 1978 fretless Fender P that is a very nice bass in its own right. But it's not as nice as that Deep 4.
), I can say without a doubt anything related to how expensive it is fades away when you play it.
RA Deep 5 in an 19-bass shootout. :yep:
Do you have picture of the bass? Is it 30 scale?
