Here's an old sealed 1972 Marshall 412 w/ Rola Greenie Celestion G12Ms (GE T1511)

Not much of a cab. Rated 100w @ 4Ω. Running it with a 60w Sunn 200s and it doesn't cut it. Breaks up pretty quickly around "5". "7" is really pushing it. :hmm:

...but it's an old school classic so I'll keep it -- hell, I never get rid of stuff. Bought it for$100. Works OK in bi-amp situations where it just handles high end.

For the SWR 12-stack guys, I recommend putting in two Beta's on one side - much better bottom end while keeping the mids and crunchy top end from the stock speakers. That is what is in Marley's cab. Normally I would be hesitant about mixing speakers, but it worked out really well in this case.
