Okay, I have to ask... What's the deal with the Nordstrand pickups? Do they sound like Jazz Bass pickups but in the form factor of a soap bar? It seems I see them everywhere these days and I've never played a bass equipped with them.

The amp varies. My own amp is a lame-ass Kustom 100w. I don't have it at rehearsals. On band rehearsal I use a Eden 4x10 cab combo. It makes the Dark Lord sound amazing.
Best bass so far, atleast for a metal band ^^
It's just a pain when they play in D tuning, and I don't
detune (there's no need for it)... makes your fingers fast
