Pretty simple, usually just bass into amp, sometimes I use a pedal tuner and Big Muff or Bass Brassmaster clones that I built. I love my cable too.

hmmm..replace that ampeg pre with my svp pro, those 15"s with a hartke 2x15 (or peavey 410tx), and that'll be my rig in a year or so

I haven't decided how I'm gonna do it yet, but I'm going to have all my effects run through the Buster and use an A/B/Y switch and a line selector. I'll also be asking sound guy (very nicely) for a Mic channel and a DI channel. Add a fretless Fernandes Gravity and its over-indulgent fun. Its not a huge rig, but its the most I have ever used. I'm sure I'll get sick of carting it around, but.....

I'm in a new cover band that'll be playing a very wide and confusing set list ranging from Steely Dan to 80's Bowie and Police to Anthrax (it's nice to have a good singer) and lots of other stuff in between. I like the idea of having a really clean rig and a really nasty rig with lots of effects for the 80's tunes.

That's a TIGHT rig! All I needed to see was the F-1X and QSC, everything else is just gravy.

Very nice! Try stacking the Acmes vertically, they sound even tighter and clearer this way, with better projection and dispersion.

Yup, it was perfect height. I've been wondering how I would set it up since before I got the rig. I got a pic of Poon's rig but wasn't sure I'd ok with the rack on the floor. I have a nice solid 6 space shock mount rack that would work great, but not having easy access to the controls, and the fact that anyone could inadvertently kick the amp, or spill beverage on it made me re-think this plan.

This case works great, but it contains a lot of gear that I need all the time like tools, extra cables, DIs, mics, adapters, tape, sharpie, etc. So I ended up taking out most things that I thought I might need before setting up. Worked ok, but I would be more confortable having that case available all the time. I might get another one just like it soon though.
