At the height of my bass gear insanity, I played one gig with all my stuff at one time:

I played a borrowed Ken Smith 6 neck through...

Carvin R1000
Four 4x10 Cabs (Carvin)
One 1x18 Cab (Carvin)
One 2x10 Cab (Eden)

And the worst part was, it was at a church!!

Very nice! Try stacking the Acmes vertically, they sound even tighter and clearer this way, with better projection and dispersion.

I have used them that way before, as well as horizontally on the floor and next to each other. I like them best the way they are pictured because, to my ears, I'm still getting the ammount of low end I like, but with the clarity of having them up off the floor. I could definitely hear the difference in clarity vertically, but they seemed a bit thinner than horizontally on the stand. The way I run 'em seems closest to the 8x10 Ampig that they replaced as far as how they are hitting my ears. Although, maybe together with the Buster I'll want to try it again. If it sounds good that way, then I won't have to be such a stage hog.

Have you considered putting the rack on top of the acme cabs, witht he acme's stacked on the boogie. I can't see why that wouldn't work.

I don't wanna put the Acmes on the Buster because I figure that the poor amp is getting enough vibration already, sharing a box with the 15" speaker.
The rack makes some awful rattling when its on top of speakers. It will probably end up under the stand on the floor. Thats where I usually put it.

Do you have any idea how many times I've had to play Brown Eyed Girl and Margaritaville to pay that stuff off?

And how many more times I'll have to play them to pay off the SVPCL preamp which is new to that rack?

It's been a complete and total love fest for that preamp over the last 3 gigs BTW. Thanks AndyMan.
