That dog is an absolute doppelganger for our last GSD. What a great dog he was. Really miss him ...he died about 7 or 8 years ago, and once in a while I STILL expect to see his head staring out over the sink like that (although he didn't get IN the sink ...just stood up by it) looking for me when I pull into the driveway. Sigh.
Rocky seeking refuge with the lead singer cause he knows he's not allowed in that space when the music is loud and I'm most likely going to make him leave.

Actually that setup is for outdoors, gets used a few times a year. Right now it's split into two rigs, sitting in two different locations, using a GK Goldline 500 for amplification in one location, and a Peavey Firebass 700 in the other. Let's me leave my Mesa D-800+ and GK Neo IV 212 packed and ready to go for the weekends. It sure is nice not having to tear a rig down to go play out. Just load and go... then setup, play, tear down, load and go home, unload, leave it packed ready to go again next week.

George, the brave Jack Russell Terrier who saved five children from a vicious attack by two pit bulls in Manaia, New Zealand. Despite being much smaller than the attacking dogs, George courageously defended the children, barking and rushing at the pit bulls to protect them. He was so severely mauled in the fight that a veterinarian had to put him down due to the extent of his injuries. George's bravery didn't go unnoticed. The New Zealand Society for the Protection of Animals awarded him a bravery medal, and he was also awarded the PDSA Gold Medal by the People’s Dispensary for Sick Animals. This medal is considered the animal equivalent of the George Cross, a testament to George's extraordinary act of bravery. They also erected this monument.

I've loved, deeply, all of our dogs, but there was something indescribably deep about our three shepherds. He was the last of the three we had over almost 40 years. Don't know if I have another one in me.
