Show your Warmoth!!!

The reverse neck on the red bass is a Warmoth also...

I wanted to post a Before & After shot of my Warmoth, but the After still isn't complete...

Here's Before:

Right now the bass is sitting in Michael Dolan's shop, where he's fabricating an 8-string (octave courses) neck for this Warmoth body. Changing the bridge to a Schaller, leaving the EMG J pickups as is. I'll post another pic after I get it back from Mike.

Anyone wanna buy a Warmoth fretless 5-string neck & a Wilkinson bridge? :)

I like the finish on that it reminds of a sweet Human bass I played

My father and I built this about a year ago for a christmas colaboration. He's great with electronics and wood working: I would'nt have been able to get this together without him! So, here she is...at the time it was based on the "Warwick look."

A little part of me thinks it would be cool to slap a logo on the headstock...any ideas of how to do that??

Also, half of me wants to put a pickguard on, but the other half loves the natural walnut finish...any suggestions (it's a dinky P body...are there any pickguard available for that body and jazz pickups?)??

Thanks!

Regarding decals...

You can use a graphic design/layout program combined with whatever fonts/styles you like. Buy a couple sheets of blank laser decal paper from the local hobby shop - they go in the manual feed tray of your printer. Then just print off your design, spray it with a decal sealer, let it dry and they are good to go. Only a few steps more than when I used to make model airplanes as a kid.

I've got all the decal application goodies complete with pictures on my bass build thread - run a search and you should find it.
