Show your Zoom B2 settings!

I want to share this setting that I made making an A/B with my sansamp BDDI (with a clean tone)
so if you want to emulate a BDDI with all the knobs at 12 o'clock
here's the patch:

SA: 0-8-36 or 40
nr: 9-50-60
LE: 6-10-4
HE: 8-8-4

the sounds are REALLY close to my ears with my Peavey Zodiac and also with my MM Sr4.

I had a recent thread about getting a pick type sound with an effect vs actually using a pick. I have a Zoom B2.1u - anyone found a good setting for this type of thing?

my experience has been that the only way to get a decent pick sound is to use a pick....it's about the string attack...

you CAN try using your fingernails instead of your pads, however...

effects or no effects--95% of your tone is in your hands....

...a lot. Used for first time in rehearsal last night and the tube and ampeg models are amazing - really impressed.

Only downside is need for the instruction manual to explain the abbreviations and what the knobs do for each effect.

I'm going to print out a little cheatsheet card that details what each effects's abbreviation is, and what all the knobs do in edit mode for them all, so I can stick it to the lid of my pedal box.

Any interest in me posting this as a PDF when I'm done?

Ric
