Small unknown bass guitar company's

Judging from the OP's age I'm guessing he's more interested in information rather than actually purchasing basses like the examples here. Nothing wrong with that. This is talkbass, y'all. As for his grammar and punctuation he does no worse than many on this forum who have much more life experience and should know better. I'll let others beat up on him.

I love coffee table basses as much as anyone but one of the reasons I was irresistibly drawn to my latest bass purchase was the absence of a crazy, fancy top. Last time I checked this builder doesn't even have an official active website...only a Facebook page. That might classify him as 'small and unknown'. This pic is for Munji. He's got a lot of cool stuff but I don't believe he has one of these.

Certainly not "unknown" but not a huge imprint like the big boys is Gamma Basses. I've been thinking of having a custom bass made by them for a little over a year. From what I've seen, I could do it after a little saving up and without breaking the bank. I they're located in New Jersey. Joe Milstein, conveniently right here on Talk Bass, is the guy to talk to.

I've also been tempted get something from Joe Milstein. I dig Dave's fusion basses, but I don't know how much extra I'd be paying getting something shipped overseas (shipping, duties, levies, taxes, etc…).

J & D makes very nice basses. Very cheap too. I've only seen them in Singapore, though.
