Mammogram is down but I'm working manually
A little buzzkill (or perhaps bonus depending on your angle) of attempting the SoCal beach wedding... you have to either go all Palin Rogue and just do it and deal with it or pay an arseload. Rogue style leaves understanding that el ghetto de blastero might be rocking La Cucarocha 10 feet from your wedding as a volleyball comes sailing by your head.
I went to a self planned punk rock/tattoo artist friend's beach wedding in Seal Beach....huge fight as some drunks set up and blasted music while heckling us, not good as in police appearance not good.
Using a hotel, about 10K to start and you get a small slice with no guarantees of inteference. I tried from Manhattan Beach down to Mission.
My vote...mountains or park, less chance of interference, more chance for nude reception (pick guest's wisely like a Playboy Mansion party - submit recent pics only for invite list)

Lucky for me, her parents are most likely to pay for the wedding. She wanted to have the wedding up near where I proposed but thats most likely not possible, as its all government owned land, and probably difficult to secure a location. So now [del]we[/del] she is looking into someplace nice by the beach.
I'll look into the Hyatt, as I want the reception to be at a hotel (with a room reserved upstairs).
