This would cover pretty much any gig that I'd ever play, and be a dream to load in/out at just under 20 lbs.

I'd come up with something with Don Oatman.

Is Don still building cabs?
2 of my 3 cabs are LDS, and I'd definitely love to cook up something unique with him.

Failing that, I'd build my own:
A pair of Eminence 3015LF for lows (a la Greenboy)
Mids and highs handled by 8x 3" speakers (a la Genzler)
The smaller drivers would be in an open-sided subenclosure (a la Audiokinesis)

My current cab is a custom Sinobas 1x15. They’re no longer in business, so I would probably go for a Barefaced two10s.

For 1000 bucks I could get a used ampeg 810 and 2 Mesa Diesel 115's and still have money left over for few shots of tequila.

But if I had to pick just one cabinet, it would probably be the Mesa 412PH or a Mesa 2x15 Diesel...they kind of actually have similar vibes going.

My two Avatar 2x10s were not stolen. I gave them away. And got a 30 lb. 800 watt Revsound that cost under $1,000 and has a bigger sound than both the Avatars. David Luke is a genius.

I have no idea how much they are new, or if you can even get one today, but the Bergantino NV412 is by far the best cab I’ve ever played through! The mids are just killing!
That’s what I’d get.

Presuming I could find one on the used market (that hadn't had its stock driver replaced by a Peavey Black Widow...yeah Guitar Center, I'm looking at you!), I would get an Eden David-series D-115.

Pretty sure for $1k I could get two of them.

For that money, another Ampeg 212AV as that cabinet has been working well for me and pairs nicely with my SVTs.

I'd beg/borrow/steal a used piece of junk cabinet to get me through temporarily until I could save up a bit more money to replace the Bergantino NXT212 that was hypothetically stolen.

The GK NeoIV 212 is an excellent cab but seems more punchy than deep to me. How do the Schroeder 212 cabs compare to the GK?
