As others suggested, make sure you are plugging the cable in input 2, not input 1. Make sure you try different volume levels when calibrating and also try with switching left/right channels (it's in the calibration options within the app). This, in my experience, can take many tries to find exact sweet spot when it registers. I also agree that the firmware needs to be updated and you will have to do this via Windows editor. I had some initial issues when it just didn't work with the Android app but now it's without a problem. Good luck!
I tried all of what you said as far as I know..
Yes il check the firmware issue and report back ..

Factory reset? I only just got the pedal.. haven't done anything with it except tried to use it with the phone app straight out of the box lol
Possibly, if someone else has played around without in store before you took ownership, something may have gone awry.

I don’t think you answered my question as to how you are powering it. Just trying to rule out underpowering issues.

It's brand new out of the box so no one used it..I'm powering it with the cable that came in the box...As I said I'm hoping it's a firmware update issue...

Stupid question but is your phone headphone jack obstructed by a phone case or something? My case doesn't allow the jack to always sit flush and the app makes that obnoxious screeching noise letting me know it's not completely connected. Now I just take my case off any time I connect the phone to the pedal.

Ah yes I know they will get back to me...
It is Friday morning at 6.30 am here. The guys will get back to you soon.
We generally get the Mobile working with most phones. Phone makers have done many things over the years to make our lives miserable. Including swapping left and right channels, inverting the output, and adding compression or noise. It has been a big challenge on our end to fix sloppy engineering from on their side. Note that no one calls them and complains their phone doesn't work with our pedal! The mobile is handy, and in the early days it was all we had. The desktop is easier, given a larger display and bidirectional communication.

Oh yes I can imagine..My phone is a Xiaomi Redmi 10....brand new actually..I wonder if anyone else has issues with these...I noticed when I change the invert or swapping channels it goes back to a previous setting most of the time etc..Maybe I should change ,then try to calibrate immediately..

@Buzzment To add to what @rsmith601 said not all Android phones are created equal, despite the price or age and that is why so many devices and other manufacturers don't even try to connect with anything but Apple products. Same with computers but not as prevalent. Many phones don't even support USB Host functions which is silly these days, including my Google and Motorola phones (that I used to do customer support for).
Kudos to Source Audio for trying to give us so many options and the Neuro Cloud
