Gimme a couple of days and I'll record some pads that I've been creating with my bass. You won't get one patch on the C4 to do the kind of multi textural stuff in your link. There's a lot of layers, samples, LPF and verbs going on there. However a good start is "Stringish", "G Pad" patches....You will want to pass it through some kind of modulation like a big quad chorus. Then add some crystals (I use a H9) but the Collider has great options. Then into a nice big delay (Nemesis). From there you want a sweet reverb, I use a Hall or Carnie patches from my 2nd H9. One big pad....But you won't get the delicacy from just the C4, but it make s great source pad to work on.
Good thoughts and thank you!
Yep, I run the C4 in the loop of my Quad Cortex so I can combine whatever preset in the C4 along with onboard Chorus/Delay/Reverb from the QC together.
Looking forward to you hearing what you come up with!
