Does that make it so you can change between patches instantly with one click? I thought saving them bypassed would mean I have to select then activate every time I switched a patch
With the DA dpc5 it did. I have a feeling (never did verify, this is just a theory) that the DPC5 uses two CC messages (one to recall the preset, one to engage), so if the preset was saved engaged, it seemed like it would recall, and then engage (re-engage? ), causing a dip in audio. Saving the patch in bypass fixed that.
I've since moved to a morningstar mc6 and first a hub, lately a SA168 adapter, and haven't had that issue. Plus, the MC6 can do so much more, though it does require much more programming.

TL; dr: Really depends on what your controller is spitting out. I'm afraid I can't help much with the m-vave device, as I'm not familiar.

There is a single CC message for “recall patch engaged” and another for “recall patch bypassed”. Some latency when switching presets is normal with any digital device, how much are you experiencing?

So, I connected my iPhone12 to my new C4 with a lightening to mini usb cable. I can sample all the presets from Neuro on the pedal, but, it won’t let me burn anything onto the pedal. I just get the spinning “working” screen.
I’m pretty sure you need a camera kit adaptor. But also make sure you have the latest firmware on the pedal, which you can only get if you have the latest Neuro App installed on your computer

Does anyone use this pedal with Ableton? I am thinking of getting the C4 but problem-free control from Ableton is a must for me. Patch changing or even better controlling patch parameters (like cut off filters) through an envelope - is all working good?

I'm interested in this but not yet explored. Seem to be spending enough time working out ableton parameters on their own atm....

Is that the 16.5.1 update? Glad I haven't done that yet!
16.5.1 says:
“This update provides important security fixes and is recommended for all users. It also fixes an issue that prevents charging with the Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter.”

My guess is that rectifies whatever issue is out there with connecting. But I haven’t tested. If yours is working, don’t change yet!

Hey, I'm sorry if these thing have been talked about before, but I couldn't find anything on google, and it's difficult to find specifics here too.
I have two questions regarding the C4.

Firstly, I found that the polyphonic pitch shift has a quite noticable latency. When I hammer on a note with my fretting hand, there is a very noticable delay between the direct pass through, and the shifted signal. With the monophonic shifter that's not a problem at all. I have seen demos of these two in videos before, and it didn't seem like there was much of a latency at all, so I fear I might be missing something with the polyphonic shifter.

Next up, I was wondering if there was a way to have one filter be controlled with only the envelope, and the second filter with only an LFO. I made a preset where you have a quacky filter 1, that is being controlled with the envelope 1. I was wondering if I could now make another voice with filter 2 active, that is controlled by only the LFO.
I know that there is balance control, which can control overall how much is done by the envelope and how much is being done by the LFO. But can this somehow be individually controlled for each voice?
