BEF Pro has native tap tempo and MIDI Clock sync. I cannot say for certain how each of them will function in the final production firmware but can share this quick clip.

Note that as with most resonant filters there's a LOT of potential for monstrous, speaker killing sub-bass, or ear splitting peaking resonance. In this clip I ran a GT-10B limiter after the filter so I could be somewhat safe just running through all of the filter voices, some of which are more resonant than others. But there's no really good hard brickwall limiter in the GT-10B (that I'm aware of) so there will be clipping and rumbling for certain. In the real world you'd really need to setup each patch for individually for resonance/volume/frequency/etc to ensure there's no unwanted spikes.
I start with the basic signal, then go into the BEF PRO LFO fun. Signal is BOSS OC-2, GT-10B compressor, BOSS VF-1 bit crusher and BEF Pro in the FX LOOP, BOSS limiter to the recording. I whipped through this so I'm unsure on the exact settings, but it's a triangle LFO with the resonance turned down about 1/2 way. I believe I started on Filter #3 and then cycled through ALL of the filter voices and ended on Filter #2.
With all of that said the clip should be good enough to give you some ideas as to the possibilities with the wobble the filter can provide.
I do think the 16 step sequencer clip is the money maker though.
