Source Audio EQ2

I think when the Preset Extension is on,you can repeatedly press the little SELECT button, too. Holding the select button puts you in write mode.

Also check out the on/off switch options at the bottom of page 26. Gives you some options for the footswitch behavior.

FWIW, I only use 4 presets, because of the time it takes for 8 to wrap back around to the one I want. Maybe if I had more demanding stuff happening, I'd use more.

As an aside, I somehow missed that I could load 9-128 on the unit itself. That's a cool tip.

Forgive me if this has been asked.

Could I replace a Boss LS-2 with the EQ2?
Basically, I'd be using using the second channel as an adjustable effects loop.

I've got a good grasp on the pedal so far, but only mono functions.
Yes, the EQ2 can have presets configured with “External Loop” routing mode. The loop is bypassed when the EQ2 is bypassed or switched to a normal preset.

I'd like to use Output 2 as a dedicated signal to a pedal tuner, and be able to use my expression pedal through my MIDI controller as a volume pedal only for Output 1. Anyone know if this is possible, and which MIDI parameters would control only the signal level of Output 1 while having full signal on Output 2 never change?
