I'm really hoping to be able to do this! I have a HUB, but either way a librarian would be helpful!

The only way to talk to the SB2 pedals is via the Multi-function port. This requires a Hub.

I don't have a Hub so I don't know the details, but if I get a Hub, will I be able to connect things so I can use a computer-based editor and librarian? It would be nice to see all parameters laid out instead of turning a dial and hitting a button to get to the options. Also copying/comparing presets would be much easier then.

When we release the Hub Manager software update (4-6 weeks), all of these features will be supported.

Synth Pedal - Work continues, but it remains more of a research project than actual product development.



Delay - Lots of work was done on this about 2 years ago. Now that we are so much further down the path of knowing how to exploit the SB2 housing and interface, it might be time to get this going again. It would be a delay pedal, and NOT a looping pedal.



Hub 2 - Work continues. Nothing near term.



Hub Manager 2.0 software - Supports file sharing and lots of cool things. 4-6 weeks out. It is turning out to be a bit more complex to implement than originally thought.



Digital Expression Pedal - This is NOT a replacement for the Dual Expression Pedal. You know how we tend to take a product concept (such as the EQ) and then we take it to all kinds of new places not yet explored? Well, the DEP does this big time.



Longer term - We need to find a way of delivering the Source Audio experience to those who find our SB2 line to be a bit overwhelming.......but do so in a manner that keeps them highly flexible and powerful.



In summary, we have a really interesting mix of technical capabilities in the company that few can match, plus a vision for how this can shape future pedal boards. We will continue to push those themes moving forward!

Rehearsal last night for next Sunday. Punched up my 2 presets for the Orbital during 2 different songs and everybody liked them a lot! My rehearsal for Wednesday is tonight and I'm looking forward to doing some similar stuff. One song is going heavily mixed with an DR E dome blend for the intro and first section. Just ordered some risers to get a little better access. New palets are opening up. Tonight is Fretless. PentaBuzz. Looking forward to this.

I still say nix the application of the rubber feet and just add them in the package. I have no problem with most, but when I removed one from the manta the paint came with. No worries, I covered it up with velcro;). Also another small item....flat head screws on the bottom for a more flush finish... You can't apply velcro easily over the round head screws.

Oh, right! I told the marketing guys to get on it a while ago. Will ask them again. You would think they would listen to me, but there is not much sucking up to the boss which goes around at this place. I suppose that is a good thing?

Yeah, the issue with those rubber feet is that the glue on them is actually goo quality. Usually with pedals you just take them off easily. The glue on the rubber feet on the SB2 pedals feels like it was designed to hold the moon in place or something.

BIG +1! I know for me at the moment, my Orbital is on the corner of my board and it doesnt sit very good because of these things.
