Got this yesterday!! Haven't had a chance to try it as I had a long rehearsal then a gig with another group, but I'm gonna finally get to today, maybe I can retire my others and possible sell a few(Fulltone OCD V3 ??$$$;)), pretty much if it can replace my Swell Bpro as an always on thing ill be happy, maybe I can approximate my cliff burton Morley with my Expression pedal

I could use some advice from those of you with experience using the Hub.

I've been using an Orbital Modulator for some time now, and recently added an OFD and a Manta. They're working out fantastically so I decided to try to minimize my time spent doing the pedal board samba and get a Hub and a Midi-Mouse.

Everything is working as expected except: when a scene is recalled using the Midi Mouse that includes the Orbital Modulator, the pedal stays engaged on subsequent scene changes. I have to manually disengage the preset. One thing I've noticed is that when this happens, the preset light blinks every second and a half or so. This happens consistently with different settings with both preset buttons and different channels. The Source Audio site doesn't have any firmware updates for the pedal that I could find.

Any ideas?

I gotta say, I'm beyond impressed with the OFD, it has far exceeded my expectations!! So far my favorites are SVT overdrive with the "crunch tube" and a badass fuzz with the Muff setting, both mostly based on the official SA YouTube demo, I tried a few of johnk's presets for BBBOD and the OCD, but I much prefer the ones I copied from the demo...

I have a feeling I might be selling off some pedals pretty soon, I got a winner!! I still gotta find unity volume with the muff settings though...but I'm happy to say it does that touch response drive thing the way my Swell and Bk butler pedals do, i should've got this a few years ago

I am having a similar issue. The Hub didn't appear to be responding to any MIDI PC commands. But on further testing I found it was passing MIDI directly through to the pedals.

I connected to my laptop and it appears ALL of my scenes are gone. That's why it wasn't loading any of them.

I didn't do anything I can think of to cause this; anybody have any ideas?

Not sure which of us you are responding to, but I can say "yes" to all of these---updated firmware, scanned, etc. All my scenes are gone and I have no idea why.

Yes to all the questions...

I open the pedal setting from the software , when I'm tweaking the pedal responds well, but if I try to load one of the presets from the software , it loses contact with the pedal...

Once the Orbital Modulator is engaged, do the subsequent presets in the HUB manager include the Orbital Modulator in bypass mode? For example, if I have a preset that engages both an OFD and an Orbital, and I then want to switch to just an OFD preset, both pedals would still need to be represented in the HUB manager. The OFD would be on your preferred setting, and the Orbital Modulator would be present, but set to "bypassed," so that the HUB knows that you want to disengage it.

The blinking light from the Orbital Modulator is coming from Tap Tempo mode. To disengage this, bypass the Orbital Modulator and hold down the footswitch that is not blinking. For example, if the Orbital Modulator is on preset 1, and the preset 2 light is blinking, disengage preset 1 so that neither LED's are lit. Then press and hold the preset 1 footswitch for a few second. The blinking light on preset 2 will stop blinking and you will have exited tap tempo mode.

The Soundblox 2 firmware updates are included in the HUB Manager software download. The current Firmware version for the Orbital Modulator is FW Version 6.

Just to confirm; are you getting readings from the pedals to the computer when you use the, "read from pedals," function, and are you able to see the scenes that you've saved on the HUB in the HUB manager? If not, it could be a firmware of connection problem. The latest firmware versions for the SB2's include: OFD (BASS) 5, OFD (GUITAR) 5, Orbital 6, Dimension Reverb 6, Stingray 8, Manta 8, Multiwave (BASS) 5, Multiwave (GUITAR) 5. The latest version of the HUB manager is 1.13. If the HUB manager and pedals are up to date, make sure the HUB recognizes the pedals when you push the "Scan Devices" button, and your computer recognizes the HUB and it's current library. If that's not working, there might be a bad cable somewhere in the chain. Please let me know if this is all working, so I can try to get a sense of what's going on a little better. Thanks!

Oh, man. I'm so sorry to hear that your presets disappeared! There isn't a way to delete them all from the HUB itself, so my guess is that it could have been done by accident in the HUB manager. In the HUB manager, there is the option, "Erase Scene List," under the HUB tab. In case you didn't back them up, for future reference, under that same tab, there is the option, "Export Scene List." This allows you to back up all your scenes.

I can't say this for 100% certain, but: I believe they were working and then stopped working in between times when I had it hooked up to the Hub Manager. So you are saying this is impossible or at least there is no known way that this would happen? I can't imagine I hit "Erase Scene List" even by accident.

As far as I know, and is written in the manual, there isn't a way to delete presets on the HUB without using the HUB manager. Our HUB creator is out for a few days. I'll ask him his thoughts when he gets back in.

So, all firmware are correct
All pedals are recognized
I can access the scene on the software , and when I modify settings on the software , it will change on the pedal immediately

As soon as I try to load one of the presets from the software ... The pedal loses connection

On the lighter sider, my Lunar is doing just fine. I've only messed around with the Neuro app briefly but it did what it was supposed to and sounds great. The footswitch feels great and I'm actually using the square-wave side of the Shape knob a lot more than i anticipated; I usually prefer a smooth LFO but it sounds great no matter where the knob is.

Also kudos on the Reflex + H9 YouTube video, very helpful!

I will be joining all of this soon! I have my MWBD in, but for some reason my used Manta is not responding correctly at all (buzzing constantly and only "bypass" works). I've since returned it to Guitar Center today and will hopefully get another one, probably new. And lastly, my hub and Orbital should arrive by Wednesday or Thursday.
