Which is the most powerful/feature dense unit BEF Pro or Manta?
It seems the BEF Pro, but I haven't had an opportunity to get my hands on either one yet.
Anyone know if it's possible to mount either an SA Hub or Hot Hand receiver under a pedaltrain nano/metro without modification?
An Octave/Pitch effect would be awesome but I doubt we we see that before 2019, perhaps a prototype in 2018 if such an effect is on the SA roadmap...
Why do you think it'll take so long? I'd like to hope an SA octave pedal has been in the works for a while...
Yes, Nemesis and Ventris took a long time!!! But, they are necessary. Many cannot live off of Hot Hand and bass filters alone.I'd imagine the Nemesis & Ventris took an absurd amount of their time & energy to put out. I'm sure they have ideas on what one would look like, but I don't expect a new pedal from them until next Spring at the very earliest and I bet it'll be a filter pedal.
Something like the Source Audio Casimir (my name suggestion) that has ridiculously controllable filters and as a carryover from the Manta, available pre-filter and/or post-filter drive. I bet the user presets would be nuts coming out of that, everything from Moog emulations to crazy synth sci fi effects.
