it says "ventris reverb" but all the settings and everything IS for the nemesis.

We found the bug. Simple last minute mistake. All fixed with 0.51 Impacted Windows and Nemesis only.

@nnavarro I've been reading some of the threads on TGP with the discussion about MIDI in current and future SA products. The question I have is: input 2 on the One Series pedals is already a TRS input that is used for communication with the Neuro app. The MIDI standard recently formalized the protocol for 5 pin to TRS MIDI - couldn't, in principle from a hardware perspective, MIDI be delivered to One Series using this connection instead of the Hub? I realize it would be a MASSIVE firmware overhaul that may not be feasible.

Anyone else noticing their Nemesis is very sensitive to the input signal strength? I'm finding my clips, even when 'off' but usingthe buffered bypass, if I hit it even moderately hard. I'm using a Vodoolabs PP2 250ma output, if that makes a difference... I don't think it's under powered. I've isolated it from my signal chain, its definitely the Nemesis clipping.

Just here to quickly praise the After Shock. This is the most flexible dirt pedal I could have ever asked for in such a small form factor.

I'm testing it against the rest of my dirt and fuzz pedals. If the After Shock can emulate any of them they go to the classifieds.

Loving the Neuro interface! I can't wait to pick up the Ventris and Nemesis.

I got an After Shock recently in a trade. It's great. 3rd time lucky with me & Source Audio pedals. Had the BEF Pro and Multiwave Bass Distortion Pro. I liked the distortion but it was too big and over complicated. The Neuro App is easy to navigate. I know so many people that got rid of their SA pedals cos they were awkward to use

Can I chain HUBs together?

My Mastotron and Musket are definitely gonners. The AF actually gives me a better muff tone than the Musket and I'm pretty close to replicating my old black Russian. Having such a flexible noise gate is the icing for me.
Stereo process everything to mono out. Dirt + Clean with a mids boost for warmth in the clean side and then I tweak the dirt side to model the dirt tones in my head.

just saw hadrien feraud last night with the group spirit fingers

seeing him play made me realize that the SA Mod pedals dont actually have a true pitch vibrato effect do they? His setup was 3 pedals (volume, markbass octave oc2 clone, TCE shaker vibrato)

i think the mod pedals can fake one but i dont think theres actually a pitch vibrato algorithm, let me know if im mistaken

the Tremolo pedal doesn't have one either does it?

Pitch vibrato is nothing more than chorus with the clean signal taken out. Just take a chorus on the One Series and mix it full wet. It's important to reduce the Lo Retain to 0 as well as feedback (but adding feedback can do some interesting things to vibrato).

I have a question for you, and any other ES-8 owners here, regarding the ES-8, the AS, and routing options.

I understand that you can create a parallel signal within the ES-8 and I see that the physical I/O on Loop 7 consists of 1 mono Input and Stereo L/R Outputs for running a stereo output.

With the parallel routing ability in the ES-8 is it possible to create a signal chain as follows:

Out - 8 -- 3 -- 2 -- 7 - 1 - In
Out - 8 - 6 - 5 - 4 -/

(signal splits after the AS in loop 7. I hope this makes sense)​

I would like to be able to use the AS itself to split my signal, run two parallel signal paths from the Stereo output of the AS, insert other Loops along those paths, and then recombine them into the Stereo L/R Inputs on Loop 8 to finish the signal chain.
I enjoy running different dirts parallel and the AS can do that inside of itself but I don't have a way of rearranging the pedals in each parallel signal.

What I'm looking for is a modular solution where I can run, for example, Tube tone from the AS along one signal path into an envelope filter pedal and RAT tone along a parallel path into another envelope filter, and then switch to a patch where I have a Clean tone with highs rolled offinto an octave while running parallel to a muff tone also from the AS.

I've been watching tons of videos and doing homework on the ES-8 but I haven't been able to figure this out for sure. Are there limitations that I don't know about here as far as creating parallel signal chains in the ES-8?

2 Hubs is no problem. Use on the same midi channel. Send a note to [email protected] for any help with this.

So I've never gotten that deep with routing other than setting up patches with alternate routing (which is a VERY COOL feature), so I'm not qualified to answer. It sounds amazing, but I'll need an ES-8 expert to answer that...

I think it can be done, but not the way you describe exactly. you will have to return each chanel to the es8 on separate loops. From there you can treat them independently just as if you split the signal in the es8.
