Source Audio Sorcerers Society (S.A.S.S) Part 3

The electrical hardware is fine and final. The software is probably going to been a few firmware updates to be final. This is easy to do given the USB port. The housing tops (the stuff with the ink on it) are delayed. If we use some blank housing tops (which we have) and put some custom hand artwork on top...we could create a few to tide over those who cannot wait one more month. Hope this is clear.
It is. I mostly just wanted to confirm it was only delayed by one month and not three. Thank you!

Thanks for the update Roger! This is the most excited I’ve ever been for a pedal... I mean I’ve been excited about pedals before and most tend to let you down in some way, but hearing this first hand in such an early stage makes the excitement go that much farther because I know it can only be better than I expect....

So no pressure

The housings from our supplier were delayed into June. This drove me CRAZY!! I am trying to find a way to hand craft some beta housings for those who must have them now. Not sure we can send these international....sorry about that.

I have a machine shop and can totally craft my own enclosure....

I was already considering it because of a strange need/desire to have jacks on the back of my pedals.

It is less the mechanical aspects of the housing and more the graphics. I can ship them with blank tops! The housing tops would not be easy to machine. Do you own any One Series? Take it apart, and you will see what I mean.

(Edit: clearly I didnt see the post directly above mine)
Blank enclosures would be great for custom etching!

It is so funny to read this discussion here on TB and on TGP.

TGP: “What is taking so long, I want it NOW, I don’t care if it is blank, hand painted, whatever, gimme gimme gimme...”

TB: “Only delayed a month? That’s cool we can wait. You have blank housings? There is a TB member that does custom enclosure etchings which could be cool.”
I know! Very interesting.

Hey, was wondering if anyone could tell me which ring is the Hot Hand Wireless and which is the Hot Hand 3. The only difference I can see is the tip of the band is shaped differently and in the one on the left, there is a visible red and black wire that isn't on the right.

Hot Hand 3 was all about the base station and not the ring. HH3 has and expression output port.
