I'm pretty sure it is the right one as I saw on a DA video.one end is a shouted plug that fits perfectly into the DA micro,the other is a standard with the funny arrow insignia that fits into my tablet. Bother are connected with a much larger usb adapter.Actually my t.c.electronic pedals have the same female plug as my DA micro.

Thomann told me that they're indeed not expecting the next C4 delivery until September...then again, I waited over 6 months for the Subterranea.
Not like they need my help. But I’m glad I did get the C4 and AS and HUB now. It’s gonna be great running them all together with all their combined abilities.
Oh man, I know how that feels. It sucks. Def first world problems. But it still sucks not only anticipating it but then not being able to resist coming in here and seeing everyone post about it. It'll be worth the wait though. Promise!
To be honest, I pretty much forgot about the C4. I was hella hyped on it, then life, then I kinda just forgot about it. Then Boss announced the SY1 and I got a little hyped again. Then I realized that Zzounds was an authorized SA dealer (Zzounds Pay while you Play is one of the only options I have these days to get new stuff) ! So I very quickly felt the need to snag a C4 and forget about the SY1. Sorry Boss
Look at it this way, there will be endless wonderful sounds to load up your C4 and by that time all the problems (mostly) will have been solved. I know it does little to quench your thirst, but I hadda try.Yeah, it ain't that bad with this board as a therapy group.
And there's indeed always other stuff to do in real life to tide one over the waiting period.
Plus the Spectrum owners will publish even more, and C4 owners get all of those!!

I am using Windows, so I always uninstall the Editor, reinstall, and then all goes fine. Are you using Mac?
Windows, good to know I was not aware that was the usual. I will know for the future.
It's fair to make that assumption. Nowadays most software either automatically updates itself or prompts you for an update but Neuro didn't do any of that. @rsmith601 is this feature on the way? I can't imagine how many users there are out there who don't talk about their gear like we do and won't know what's wrong with their C4's.
