Source Audio Sorcerers Society (S.A.S.S) Part 3

So I was trying to demo some Spectrum presets on my C4 this morning and they wouldn't go on to my C4....like when you have it plugged into the app and you select the preset, I would do a spectrum one and nothing. Is anyone else experiencing this??

Works fine for me. I'm using the Neuro desktop not the mobile in case that makes any difference.

I haven't tried it with the Desktop yet. I'll try that tonight. My setup has been acting weird lately anyway. It's like one day my hub and midi was working fine, next day nothing worked. It was weird. I need to sit down with all of it again and find out what the issue is. This seems to keep happening to me once I added the hub and midi stuff. It's like I have to "redo" it every now and then.

Yeah, see?! I'm having the same issue. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I thought I was just nuts or something. I'm probably gonna go back, back everything up and reset all my stuff to start fresh again.
If you are accessing a Spectrum preset that was created with the Desktop and try to load it with the mobile on the C4, it STILL is not fixed. We are getting close. sorry, thought it was fixed....

I was trying to run the spectrum presets today via the phone app with no luck. The c4 settings transferred with no issue.

Whenever I start having issues I have learned to check for updates on the Neuro Desktop and firmware as updates have been coming fast and furious these first few weeks. You have to go to the [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] page and check manually for the current version.

Right! And you’ve got to update the desktop editor to get the latest firmware files.

As near as I can tell, the Editor searches its own local files (on your hard drive) for the firmware updates. It does not use the Internet to search the Source Audio site for them.

Just put up four more patches (clips of which all are appended to my playlist). Here’s one:

Some great presets in there! Gonna download several, if not most. I especially like the Moog sound! I already used one of your Triple Threats as a foundation for one I did with a sequencer added. This ability to share presets is amazing. Just wish there were more Spectrum presets, so I could try accessing those sounds more.

@Johno Dunn Questions? You are using the DMC.micro with the C4.
1. What does the dis[play show when selecting a patch for the C4? Patch Number or Name?
2. Does the C4 switch activate the effect on/off?
3. Are you using the DMC.micro to control any other efx at this time? If so which ones? Tell me how that works if you can. I am planning to use the Aftershock and a Zoom MS60B all hopefully controlled by the DMC.micro.
