Which graphs are you talking about? I must’ve missed those. The only diagrams I remember being discussed were the ones that showed the frequency response curves of the various filter types.

I use rockboard too. Been working well but hard to go from side of one pedal to top of another. Gonna try going longer and routing underneath.

That’s been tricky for me, more so because my pedals are on a flat tray so I can’t run them underneath. I’ve used longer ones where going from side to top.

The worst problem is the Boss LS-2 as there are three sockets on either side of the pedal and some cable tessellation is required in order to be able to properly insert all three cables.

EQ 2 - I can verify that the tuner works anyway. That's all I had time to try...
Think I'll order up some of those flat patch cables and retire the barrel connectors. I suppose I should also snag some flat 5 pin din midi's as well.

I need another TRRS to get the EQ 2 from the hub. Is there a best source for those ?

Gosh, haven't even started exploring midi functions on the pedals yet- I started with midi in early 80's- pretty much as soon as it was commercially available on keyboards.

All my midi cables are 20+ years old and most are 10' or longer. Time to upgrade...

I think the Nemesis is the only SA effect with a standard MIDI jack anyway!
Edit- didn’t see the EQ2 has one. That’s great!

My pedal collection, though inspired by TB, will also be utilized occasionally on guitar and keys so I may as well go back to the future now. Suspect newer, as yet to be produced SA pedals may have midi jacks. Will try to get ahead of the game.

As my only SA pedal at the moment, I do wish the C4 had a MIDI input. I find Mini USB jacks to be comparatively fragile and loose-fitting, though eventually I'll hopefully settle into a permanent pedalboard position for it so that there will be minimal movement (its actually more of an issue with the MIDI controller side of the cable, as the controller gets moved around alot). I guess that is something a Neuro Hub would solve, but I won't go that route unless I pick up more SA pedals (I am interested in a Nemesis and the EQ2, but again they already have standard MIDI connection).

I definitely used that to wrap my head around what each envelope was doing. I'm more of a numbers guy though so I might be an exception

IMO the hub would be the logical choice if you end up adding the nemesis and EQ2 alongside your c4. Not only will it pass your midi commands on to your SA pedals, but it also makes one expression pedal capable of controlling any one, or all of your connected pedals. Not to mention, you'll cycle scenes that include all pedals, rather than having to figure out how to navigate each pedals presets individually.

Bit of an unusual request, do any Spectrum/C4 owners happen to have a original, made in the 70s (not the recent reissue) script Phase 90? It's a sound I really like, but not enough for the board real estate and the money they now cost, so I was going to see if I could get as close as possible with the phaser capabilities in the Spectrum. I've done the best I could based on YouTube videos, but without the actual pedal it's hard to get it exact. Does anyone who has one think they could try and recreate it in the C4/Spectrum? Or... you could just send it to me for a couple of days and I could do it for them , though I would completely understand why someone might feel uncomfortable doing that.

Do any bass players even have this pedal? Should I have posted this on TGP instead?
