They also had a couple of additional tools that might help. They had a tool to fully remove all of their drivers in case it was corrupted, as well as a version of Neuro that you could run that logged additional error information for them to review.
thanks! Because I don’t know what the problem is it’s hard to eliminate anything. But the laptop is only about a year old and works well with all other apps and peripherals so I think the problem is the desktop I would love to try a full uninstall and reinstall. I actually searched the registry manually and eliminated as many keys calle "neuro" as I could find, but no luck. After re-install, the editor still crashes as soon as I connect a pedal. Ugh...

Still searching for a solution. Have replaced the usb hub with a cord that has usb c and usb mini connectors. Still won’t work. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the editor. My set-up used to work perfectly well. No clue what changed…
I was having similar issues with lockup, but I found that I could end the lockup by disconnecting the USB and reconnecting. It has not been happening for a while now, but maybe this is happening to you?

My Lunar never makes the light blink during calibration with either USB or output 2 connected to my phone but the apps detects it needs to be calibrated via both. What am I doing wrong? I've tried selecting either audio option or both together.

Similar question. When I am saving a setting on my Atlas (by depressing the footswitch for a few seconds) the LED doesn't blink like on my C4. Is that normal for the Atlas?
Have you set the atlas to preset mode? If it’s in default mode you won’t be able to save by holding down the footswitch.

The DC10 is old technology, so much heavier (not trivial- I have its sister the AC10 and it by itself weighs as much as most of the rest of my board due to the giant transformer), noisier, and much less powerful than the modern SMPS supplies like the DC7/4/8/Sol/etc.

A Cioks DC7 would more than handle the task for your board. There is no need to isolate every pedal in a chain of all SA pedals (they should mostly play nicely with each-other, though probably good to isolate the Hub at least) and each outlet on a DC7 puts out 650mA (so enough to power several of these pedals at once from each outlet). You could just daisy-chain a pair of the 8 devices and run the rest off their own outputs and have plenty of power on reserve if you needed to add more in the future.

If you want total isolation for each device from a modern supply for less than the cost of a Cioks plus expander, the Truetone CS12 is a good choice (I use use a CS6 on a smaller board alongside a Cioks DC7 on the main board and they are both great, I prefer the Cioks but that comes at a premium in $$ as well)- the Truetone CS6/12 can both put out more than the labeled current per output as long as the total stays under the max of the entire supply, so all of the SA pedals should be good from any output. The Fender Engine Room LVL8 also looks like a great option for cheaper than the Cioks and even more power than the Truetone unit and could power all the pedals on isolated outputs plus has USB power like the Cioks.

I put the Cioks DC7 in place today with the Aftershock and Mercury sharing a socket and everything else has its own socket. The DC7 is a great solution for me, thanks for the suggestion.

Having a funky thing going on with my Ultrawave.. or maybe its something with my power supply. Read along, if any of you have had this happen, lemme know how you fixed it.

About a month ago I was scrolling through presets and all of a sudden the pedal just didnt respond. No led when I engage the pedal, no sound, nothing. Scan from the hub, no flashing light on the UW. I unplugged my PS cable, plugged it back in and everything worked fine.

It happened again a couple weeks ago, same fix. I have had it happen twice in a week now. Same fix worked though. Not sure if its the pedal or the PS/cable (Newer Cioks DC7). My power cable to the pedal has plenty of relief, so its not straining the power port on the pedal.

Do I need to do a factory reset? Its happened only at home thankfully. Now that it's happened twice in a week I'm wondering if there's an issue somewhere.

This question is SA-adjacent but does involve my Aftershock.

Preface - I'm a MIDI noob. I just added a Strymon Mobius to the MIDI Out of my SA Hub. I'm using an MC6 MKII as a controller, which I haven't programmed since I first setup the Aftershock and C4 in late 2019. My C4 buttons are working as the used to. However, my AS buttons are now activating both the AS as well as presets in the first bank of the Mobius. There, it's turning them on but not off. I am using my Google Fu to educate myself but also wanted to ask here because there is a ton of knowledge on the forum.

After I sort that I'll just need to learn how to program calling up Mobius patchesband re-learn how to do that for my SA pedals. Sounds like a rainy Sunday well spent.

EDIT - MIDI channel maybe?

EDIT - I seem to have set each of my AS buttons as MSG 1 PC in the MC6 but all the C4 ones have a CC there. I wonder if that's part of it?
Sounds like you are using the same MIDI channel for multiple pedals? You probably want to change the channel on the Mobius.

Well after about an hour and I half I've gotten the MC6 to snag presets with one press down, then turn them off with a double tap. It would be lovely to have it set the same way my SA pedals work (one press on, one press off, with the active patch's name blinking) but something with Toggle Mode isn't working as I was used to.

Onwards.

Can I control non SA midi pedals with a neuro hub? Can I make them part of a scene?
No, a scene uses totally proprietary SA communication standards incompatible with other devices. So you can save presets on another pedal and recall them with MIDI messages simultaneously with a MIDI message to recall a Hub scene, but the Hub itself can only communicate with SA pedals

This is good enough for me. I got my first non-SA midi pedal I want to integrate on the board. This will do just fine.

I want to share a not very good little diddy I just made with my c4 into logic . I also used the bass for the guitar part with an amp vst . I’m using some slighty tweaked preset I found on in neuro with exp control lfo speed

I Just wanted to show off how well this thing can dubstep with !

I can't seem to access the sound for this. Would be cool to have a listen.
