Long time SA user, infrequent poster....

I'm currently using an Aftershock and a Collider on my bass board. LOVE them both! Source Audio is a leader in tone in the digital pedal world to my ears. A couple of deep editing inquiries regarding the Collider:

- I used to have a Dimension Reverb which had an extremely creatively-useful feature called "Reverb Send" where I could use an expression pedal to develop a verby,ambient pad, then back the pedal off and play over top of that ambient pad. I really miss that feature & I'm at a loss how to conjure that up with the Collider. Yes, a Freeze pedal does something similar, but just not as musically as the Dimension did. Is this possible or even capable in the software?

- Is there a way to utilize the delay side of the pedal where I can stomp a footswitch momentarily to create a single note delay line that continues as I play drily underneath? I'd love to be able to hit a footswitch at the end of a musical phrase to capture and regenerate that one note/beat while being able to play cleanly as it decays! I have a BOSS DD500 on my guitar board which allows this & I really find it handy. I've messed with changing the Collider's "Delay Bypass Hold Time" setting in the app, but that makes my tap tempo functionality more difficult. It should be noted that I'm using the aux control input for preset scrolling - that is maybe my limitation? Any suggestions would be most welcome!

How would I set the C4 to emulate a cocked wah? In other words to be set to one frequency without being sweeped? There are presets but I'm not understanding how they're set to have that happen.

I would just search for "cocked wah" like I just did... there are some pre-sets already there with that name. Listen to them. The ones that get you close look through the settings to see how they got there... and then tweak to your liking. You can see how they were built when you scroll through the options.

Yeah I did that but I wasn't understanding which setting achieved what. But I understand now that depth is what I have to play with.

PS: I'd also need my login to work w/ Neuro Desktop on Windows 10... yeah... that too. Since it doesn't you guys get lucky... none of the other stuff can gonna happen w/out that. Don't purchase your flutes yet.

Welcome!! Great selection of SA pedals. Be sure to take advantage of one press scene saving on the Hub. Sometimes overlooked. Very powerful.

Thanks Sorcerererers. I suggest playing live gigs over building loops. Loops expose people to how much you suck for much longer periods of time. It's TOTALLY unfair to the listener and creates a hostage scenario for them that they have to relive. Imagine have to re-marry your ex-wife 900 times.

Midi question. I’m currently running an Ultrawave and an Aftershock. I may add more later, but I want to be able to switch between presets before/during songs on the fly with a footswitch.
Will any midi footswitch work with series one pedals? Is the hub required? Is the soleman required?

I can't answer your question definitively as I am not really experienced much with midi programming but as I understand it you would need a hub but not necessarily a soleman specifically. I believe you can use other switchers like the Disaster Area ones. I personally use a SA hub & soleman and it works pretty seamlessly which is why I went that route. I have a C4, aftershock, vertigo, gemini chorus, and nemesis connected to mine.

You can also use our MIDI adapter, if you are only going to use one SA pedal. The Hub is best when more than one. You can always reach out to us directly. [email protected]

There's a bunch of ways you can do it.
Search this thread and the ultrawave thread, and possibly the c4 thread for things like: chocolate,

The hub would probably be best.

You could also plug this and all your pedals into a usb host device such as a computer or android phone via a USB hub with a midi host app.

Or multiple source audio midi adapters chained and connected to the midi out on this.

Is there a quick way to program a copy of a Neuro Hub to create a backup in a second Neuro Hub?
In other words, to make a backup Neuro Hub, is it required to connect all the pedals to the new hub and go through each setup, hitting the save button on the hub each time to recreate a backup of the original Neuro Hub? I'm hoping there is an easier way.
