Source Audio Sorcerers Society (S.A.S.S) Part 3

My guess:
it's a top of the line defretter .... Influenced by @Quatschmacher C4 double bass ish patches they've made a pedal that goes from Orchestral double bass right down to fretless uke all the way through Mingus, Pino, Jaco your other fretless hero and - accurately recreating the sound of anything without frets.
Knobs are for input and output volume, size of body, tone, mwwaaa and resonance. Switches allows access to a pizzicato, and several different bowed styles, second footswitch of course gives natural sounding vibrato when needed.

Ok so they have pre amp, eq, compression, distortion, modulation and reverb, what don't they have, some type of IR player ( plenty of those on the market), end of chain pre amp (stereo), performance looper, drum machine ( we have singular sound for that), seems like the only available options are, performance looper, or some type of end of chain preamp, ir units, I can't think of anything that's need. But it will just likey be double if what ever we already have. I haven't seen an unique idea coming from this company granted not a bad thing, but it's not like they're chase bliss....

I have to respectfully disagree. If I’m not mistaken, wasn’t Source Audio the first company to do something with multiband distortion in the old Soundblox 2 Multiwave Distortion, which then got hugely expanded in the Ultrawave?

@rsmith601 would be able to confirm.

The SA cloud platform was and remains pretty groundbreaking too.

Also, your list of what’s possible is by no means exhaustive.

SA601 - first and only proprietary DSP chip created for us by Analog Devices. I could stop right there. No other pedal centric company has created their own chip.
Hot Hand. First commercial product to use a micromachined accelerometer. We beat the Nintendo Wi and the iPhone by a year.
Neuro Module - first technology to add expression and MIDI to classic analog pedals. Demonstrated at NAMM, but never brought to market.
Reflex -: first mixed signal universal effects controller.
Neuro Hub - first and only one button multi pedal preset save and recall.
Multiwave - first commercial deployment of multiband distortion pedals.
Ultrawave - first pedal with multiband tremolo
C4 - first modular programmable synth in a small pedal
Ventris - first effect pedal with Dual DSP
Ventris - first and only effect pedal with unlimited spillover.
True Spring - first effect pedal to accurately model outboard spring tanks
Neuro - first cloud based effects database/library
Soundbox Pro - first effects pedals with preset morphing
There's lots more, but that gives a few examples.

That was then. What did you do today?

Right that's all of what I said.. right
True spring: reverb, ventris: reverb, c4: syth, mod, filter, ultrawave: compression, distortion ( various types), the chip is just functionality, yeah and the rest of which I covered, so that pretty much leaves the options I came up with. But I think I'm right, were going the get a double heaping of more of the same, dual distortion or dual something....

I'm genuinely curious about what the purpose of your post is.
