Would you mind elaborating please? I'm a newbie to this pedal. I've read the manual but I don't think it said much about eqing the octaves other than the filter on that voice. Which doesn't work.thanks.

Can do. After selecting the Octave Up, set the level and processor pan lets you send it either 1, 2 or blend that, then the Destination lets you route signal to the next group of effects, the distortion+filter, filter only or to the direct output. For Octave up sounds I find it better to either just filter or direct output unless you want things extra crunchy. You can route it to Dist+filter and switch off the distortion if you prefer that sound, it does make a difference.
The Spectrum offers so many choices and it takes a while of reading, playing with the device until you grasp all the possibilities. The learning curve is steep but well worth the process.

Any tips tricks on getting a fat/wet envelope sound just using a preset? What knob settings should I focus on? I almost had it with the tron but keep losing if and getting a more subtle sound.
On my joshwah it’s more sensitivity and peak to get a wetter sound. What’s the trick here?

With Nuero 3, what’s the best way to get presets from the community to your pedal? They don’t seem to be saving to pedal.

In the newest version I've been successfully dragging and dropping the preset to a slot and it saves correctly.

i'm still not totally getting what I want out of the envelope settings. However, I added the community envelope phaser setting and that is just instant Mike Gordon. I know that it's not a flanger, but has that kind of big airy feel that he gets.
