Well, if it makes you feel better, my wife just laid down the law on this purchase - from now on it's "one in - one out" on all bass purchases. Looks like I'll be selling a near mint Stingray 5 with a very rare Egyptian Smoke Silver finish to meet her criteria. Of course I picked her favorite bass so she can feel some of the pain.:smug:

what i have isnt even close to getting me what i want. so if i sell the 2 basses i own, im bassless until i save up for the rest to get what i want. and unfortunately, i have a family of 7 so a big purchase is not even in the question at the moment. and to top it off, we're moving to another town. it's going to be a while for me. good for you to induce pain by selling a favorite :)

hah, my wife is at the point where she doesn't even want to know. as long as our bank account is ok, she is ok. I've only gotten as high as 3 spectors once.... I seem to stay at 2. I do a lot of trading/selling of gear so my out of pocket isn't very high.

Sum... hang in there man... your NS-94 sounds killer :bassist:

Well good luck! I've been trying to sell a like new SR5 with the Pearl Platinum finish (very similar) for weeks now and it's not even budging at $950 which is what I paid for it recently. Can't let it go for any lower. I'm sure you'll move yours first though with my luck. :)

I had one of those (wives) actually I had several, biggest ass scratching event I ever attended. Now for the past 15 years I buy what I want and hang my bass on the living room wall, and the toilet seat is always up and if you are visiting me you better put it back up when finished.

I'm not usually a fan of the natural wood colors but that top is beautiful. I also dig your choice in countertop. We have almost the exact same in our kitchen. :D

I have a friend looking for a five string ns2005 or q5? Anyone wanna sell one?

Hmmm... take a close look at this bass. It may well be an NS20005... for a great price. Notice what appears to be a wide stripe of lighter colored wood going through the center line of the body... looks alot like a neck-thru.
