Sam do you keep your bass in a climate controlled room? I'm wondering if the neck "might" move a bit more for someone who gigs regularly and goes in and out of different temperature rooms. Just like DW's honey bass

I am sure it would move.

But as a comparison I have had other basses in this same room that needed to be adjusted a bit from time to time and so far the Kramer has stayed the same.

"Yes I am insane enough that I feel the slightest action change and I check the relief on the necks everyday just for the heck of it." :hiding:

In! With a picture of the "most kick ass club ever" bass and my kiddos...

wonderful pics, chris!

So I would love to send you all a little thank you. We have wristbands we made last year, they are orange (leukemia awareness color) and green camoflauge and say "L.O.E." (our last name) and our little motto "Love Over Everything". On the back it says "I Will" the leukemia motto.

Just Im me your address and I would love to send all of you one.

i never wear stuff like that, but for you buddy, i will wear it proudly!

The Kramer NS-2s generally will have a thinner front to back neck profile then the Euro necks. Width across will be about the same.

The majority of the the Kramer era necks will not have graphite support rods. This could make the neck need more adjusting then Euro necks. But with my Kramer era NS-2, the neck has been perfectly stable and I have not needed to adjust it since I received it on May 3rd of this year.

Thank you Sam! As usual, you have answers to all Spector-FAQ:))) Cheers

:ninja:Ive just been informed by my wife, that while I am at work TWO boxes have arrived at my house........both contain Spector Basses..............:ninja::hyper::hyper::hyper:

lucky you. my wife wouldve said "what the f did you order now? a new bass? $1600!!! i never spend that kind of money!" lol. she's not that bad, but that conversation did come up the other day. she just doesnt understand. you get what you pay for.

I know /that/ conversation. It invariably begins with "what the f did you order now?", then lots of these :rollno::hmm::eyebrow::scowl::spit:

My wife and I have an understanding...........all my basses/gear come from trades/swaps/sales/buying and reselling. I do not buy any gear from my "paychecks" I aquired mucho gear over the years and flip alot of stuff.......then go through lulls for a while. I give my wife all my money from gigs.........its a win win situation. I busted my butt in school. Got two degrees.........saw the states and the world.......then got married........quite frankly I'm lucky. I hustled and did my best to be able to comfortably support my family. And I married into three kids and had another. I work two full time jobs and play in two bands and manage to hit my kids sporting events...........sleep? whats that? LOL Where there is a will there is a way........I ain't big cuz I'm lazy.....thats for sure.......lol

However I often do still get the head shake.......and the "how can you play 14 basses at one time? How could you possibly need that many....and BTW....where is that going to be stored?" Word to the wise...........never ask you wife "well.......where do you want me to put it?" (after you've bought another piece of gear that she absolutely does not see the need for)

man that's a growling monster. love it. sick bass, jaymi!

lol. mine never gets to that point. at least not yet anyway. but im sure someday it might. but you know what? i bust my ass for my money and i have the right to save it and spend it on what i deem important to me :)
